Overview

  • The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the organization in its mission to drive social impact.
  • This role involves strategic planning, partnership development, and overseeing operations to ensure the organization effectively supports local communities and engages with donors and volunteers. The CEO serves as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization, inspiring others to join in making a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organisation.
  • Oversee the organization’s operations and programs to ensure alignment with the mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and government entities.
  • Manage financial resources, including budgeting and fundraising efforts.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for nonprofit organizations.
  • Represent Little x Little at public events and in media engagements.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact, using data to drive improvements.
  • Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the organization’s goals and the communities served.
