Assistant Executive Director

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director in the development and implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the foundation's programs are aligned with its mission and goals.
  • Manage staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate fundraising efforts and donor relations to enhance the foundation's financial sustainability.
  • Prepare and present reports on program performance and organizational effectiveness to the Executive Director and Board.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and serve as a liaison for external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Support the Executive Director in board meeting preparation and follow-up activities.
