The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s daily operations, ensuring that our programs run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with various teams to drive our mission of social impact in Uganda. The COO is essential in fostering a positive work environment while striving for operational excellence and sustainability.
