Overview

The Customer Support Manager plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our donors, volunteers, and community supporters. This position involves overseeing the customer support team, addressing inquiries and concerns, and developing strategies to enhance communication and engagement. By fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service, the manager helps drive our mission of social impact in Uganda and beyond.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operations of the customer support team to ensure quality service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance user experience.
  3. Train, mentor, and evaluate customer support staff to foster a high-performing team.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  7. Manage the customer support budget and ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
  8. Prepare reports on customer support performance and present findings to leadership.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer support.
