Overview

The Branch Manager at Little x Little oversees local operations, ensuring that programs align with our mission to drive social impact in Uganda. This role involves managing staff, fostering community relationships, and coordinating resources to effectively support our initiatives and engage with donors and volunteers. The Branch Manager plays a key part in enhancing our presence and impact within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and support.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and impact metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
  • Manage branch budget and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to raise awareness of the organization's mission.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community members.
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and the central office to align goals and objectives.
