Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing engaging online campaigns that raise awareness and support for our mission in Uganda. This role involves strategizing content across various digital platforms, analyzing audience engagement, and collaborating with the team to amplify our impact in the community. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills to drive our digital presence and connect with supporters effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
  2. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  3. Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and audience segmentation.
  4. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize digital content and improve user experience.
  5. Collaborate with the team to create compelling storytelling that highlights our impact and mission.
  6. Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance our strategies.
  8. Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners.
  9. Coordinate online fundraising efforts to maximize donor engagement and contributions.
  10. Support the development of digital marketing materials and resources for campaigns and events.
