Overview

The Website Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the nonprofit's online platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively supports our mission. This role involves updating content, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing user experience to engage donors, volunteers, and community supporters. By ensuring our website is user-friendly and informative, the Website Administrator plays a crucial part in amplifying our social impact in Uganda and beyond.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  2. Oversee website functionality, performance, and security.
  3. Coordinate with designers and developers for site enhancements.
  4. Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
  5. Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
  6. Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies.
  7. Provide technical support for website-related issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  9. Collaborate with team members to align web content with organizational goals.
  10. Stay updated on web trends and technologies to enhance user experience.
