Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and communicating our nonprofit's identity and mission to engage donors, volunteers, and community supporters. This role involves developing branding strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms to amplify our social impact in Uganda and beyond. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with a deep understanding of our community's needs, fostering connections that inspire action and support.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance Little x Little's visibility and impact.
  2. Conduct market research to understand audience needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling narratives that align with our mission.
  4. Manage social media channels to engage with supporters and promote initiatives.
  5. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  6. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors and community partners.
  8. Coordinate events and campaigns that promote our brand and mission.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our branding relevant.
