Chief Marketing Officer

Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our mission and engage our community. This role leads a dynamic team to drive awareness, foster relationships with donors and volunteers, and amplify our impact in Uganda and beyond. Through storytelling and strategic outreach, the CMO will inspire support and collaboration for our nonprofit initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  2. Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  3. Analyze market trends and donor insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  4. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed for optimal impact.
  7. Create compelling content that tells the story of Little x Little and its mission, engaging diverse audiences.
  8. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum return on investment.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
