Community Manager

Overview

The Community Manager at will cultivate and strengthen relationships with our diverse community of donors, volunteers, and local partners. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, sharing impactful stories, and fostering collaboration to drive social change in Uganda. By creating a welcoming environment, the Community Manager ensures that everyone's voice is heard and valued, helping to amplify our mission and reach.

Responsibilities

  1. Foster relationships with community members, including beneficiaries, donors, and volunteers.
  2. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance participation.
  3. Coordinate events and activities that promote social impact and community involvement.
  4. Monitor and evaluate community feedback to inform program improvements.
  5. Create and share compelling content across various platforms to raise awareness.
  6. Support volunteers through training, mentorship, and recognition programs.
  7. Collaborate with local stakeholders to align efforts and maximize resources.
  8. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower community members.
  9. Maintain accurate records of community interactions and program outcomes.
  10. Act as a liaison between the organization and the community to ensure transparency.
