Overview

The Director of Marketing will lead our marketing strategy to amplify our mission in creating social impact in Uganda. This role involves developing creative campaigns, engaging with our community of donors and volunteers, and enhancing our brand presence to drive awareness and support for our initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and skilled in building relationships that inspire action and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
  3. Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with program teams to create compelling content that tells our story and showcases impact.
  5. Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  7. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  8. Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  9. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our marketing efforts.
