Overview

The Video Editor is responsible for crafting compelling visual stories that showcase our impact and initiatives in Uganda. This role involves editing raw footage, adding graphics and sound, and ensuring that our videos resonate emotionally with our audience, ultimately driving engagement and support for our mission. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that inspires action.

Responsibilities

1. Edit and assemble recorded video footage into a polished final product.
2. Collaborate with the content team to understand project goals and vision.
3. Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
4. Ensure all videos align with Little x Little’s mission and branding guidelines.
5. Manage video files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques to improve video quality.
7. Contribute creative ideas for new video projects and campaigns.
8. Assist in the development of scripts and storyboards for video content.
9. Ensure timely delivery of video projects within set deadlines.
