Overview

The Market Research Officer is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to understand community needs and trends in Uganda. This role involves conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to provide insights that guide our programs and initiatives, ensuring we effectively address the challenges faced by the communities we serve. By translating research findings into actionable strategies, the Market Research Officer helps enhance our impact and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities within the nonprofit sector in Uganda.
  2. Analyze data to develop insights that inform strategic planning and program development.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on community needs and preferences.
  4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to team members and partners.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs based on research insights.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social impact and community development.
  7. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and outreach initiatives based on research findings.
  8. Support fundraising efforts by providing data-driven insights to potential donors.
  9. Engage in community outreach to promote awareness of qa company's mission and programs.
