Overview

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience of donors, volunteers, and community supporters. This role involves developing and executing a content strategy that amplifies our mission, engages stakeholders, and drives social impact in Uganda and beyond. With a focus on storytelling and clear communication, the manager will enhance our brand presence and foster meaningful connections through various media platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute content marketing strategies to raise awareness of Little x Little's mission and programs.
  2. Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  3. Collaborate with the team to craft compelling stories that highlight the impact of our work in Uganda.
  4. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across all channels.
  5. Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content and improve audience engagement.
  6. Engage with the community and stakeholders through interactive content and feedback loops.
  7. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all written materials.
  8. Support fundraising efforts through targeted content aimed at donors and sponsors.
  9. Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices to enhance Little x Little's outreach.
  10. Train and guide volunteers in content creation and storytelling techniques.
