Overview

Responsibilities

  4. Administer performance management systems, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  6. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  7. Maintain employee records and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  8. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies.
