Overview

The Training and Development Manager at the organisationis responsible for designing and implementing training programs that empower staff and volunteers to maximize their impact in the community. Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance staff performance.
