Overview

The Compensation and Benefits Manager at the organisation is responsible for designing and managing competitive compensation packages and employee benefits that attract and retain top talent. The manager will collaborate with various departments to create a fair and motivating compensation strategy that supports our dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salary and benefits packages.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation calculations.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • Collaborate with leadership to attract and retain talent through competitive offerings.
  • Analyze and report on compensation trends and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on compensation and benefits policies.
