Overview

The Benefits Officer at the organisation plays a vital role in ensuring that our community members receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff regarding benefits inquiries, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage benefits contracts.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on benefits options and usage.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all benefits-related transactions.
  • Assist in the development of communication materials to promote benefits offerings to employees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits management.
