Overview

The Payroll Liaison Officer at the organisation is responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for staff and volunteers. By maintaining payroll records and addressing any discrepancies, the officer helps support our mission of driving social impact in Uganda.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and process payroll for all employees and volunteers.
  2. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  4. Coordinate with finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  6. Assist in the development of payroll policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare payroll reports for management review.
  8. Conduct regular audits of payroll processes for accuracy.
  9. Provide training and support to staff on payroll systems.
