Compensation Officer

Overview

The Compensation Officer at the organisation is responsible for developing and managing fair and equitable compensation structures for our team members. This role focuses on ensuring that salaries and benefits align with our organizational values and the needs of our community, while also promoting transparency and equity in compensation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Develop and implement compensation policies in line with organizational goals.
  • Analyze job descriptions and determine appropriate pay scales.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend salary increases or bonuses.
  • Prepare detailed compensation reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the budget planning process related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compensation strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
