Overview

Recruitment Specialists play a vital role in identifying and attracting passionate individuals who want to make a difference in Uganda. They are responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring that we bring in the right talent to support our mission of driving social impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Collaborate with program managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
  4. Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events and community outreach efforts.
  6. Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment metrics.
  7. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with local universities and training institutions.
  9. Promote Little x Little's mission and values to potential candidates.
  10. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the nonprofit sector.
