Overview

The Senior Recruitment Officer at the organisation is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our mission in Uganda. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system for effective candidate management.
  • Facilitate training and workshops for hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local universities and organizations for talent sourcing.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational recruitment policies.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the organisation, promoting our mission and values in the community.
