Overview

The Organizational Development Manager at the organisation plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of our nonprofit initiatives in Uganda. This position focuses on building strong internal structures, fostering collaboration, and developing strategies to maximize social impact while supporting our dedicated team and community partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement strategies for organizational growth and capacity building.
  2. Facilitate training and development programs for staff and volunteers.
  3. Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to align organizational goals with community needs.
  5. Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  6. Foster partnerships with local stakeholders and other nonprofits for resource sharing.
  7. Support organizational culture initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
  8. Manage communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  9. Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support development initiatives.
