Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  • Promote the organisation’s mission and values during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to management.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
