Overview

The Staff Welfare Officer at the organisation plays a vital role in promoting the well-being and support of our team members. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement staff welfare programs that promote well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments of staff needs and concerns to enhance workplace morale.
  • Facilitate training and workshops on mental health and wellness topics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff regarding welfare-related inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities and events to foster community among staff.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in handling staff welfare issues.
  • Stay updated on best practices in employee welfare and implement improvements as needed.
