Overview

The Service Delivery Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring effective implementation of community programs and services. This position involves coordinating with local partners, monitoring project progress, and fostering relationships with beneficiaries to enhance the impact of our initiatives across Uganda. Through this work, the officer helps to empower communities and drive sustainable change.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee service delivery programs for community beneficiaries.
  • Engage with local partners and stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to volunteers and staff involved in service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements and reporting.
  • Facilitate community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of available services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with beneficiaries to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality.
  • Support fundraising efforts by sharing stories and successes from service delivery.
