Overview

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and quality of our programs in Uganda, ensuring that services meet the needs of our communities effectively. This role involves coordinating with local partners, managing resources, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to drive social impact and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of service delivery initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Manage relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff and volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and donors.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and departments.
  • Support fundraising efforts by providing program insights and data.
