Overview

The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and community members. This role involves developing and implementing security protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, and coordinating with local authorities to maintain a safe environment for everyone involved in our mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security operations of Little x Little facilities and events.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure safety.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses.
• Train and supervise security staff, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
• Investigate security breaches and prepare reports on findings.
• Provide security briefings and updates to management and staff.
• Promote a culture of safety and security within the organization.
