The Secretary to the Board plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by preparing meeting agendas and materials, recording accurate minutes, and coordinating schedules. Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting materials for Board meetings.
  2. Record and maintain accurate minutes of Board meetings and ensure timely distribution to members.
  3. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of Board meetings and related events.
  4. Maintain Board records, including bylaws, policies, and member contact information.
  5. Facilitate communication between Board members and other stakeholders.
  6. Support the Board Chair and other officers in their duties as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Board governance.
  8. Manage correspondence and documentation related to Board activities.
