Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting materials for Board meetings.
  • Record and maintain accurate minutes of Board meetings and ensure timely distribution to members.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of Board meetings and related events.
  • Maintain Board records, including bylaws, policies, and member contact information.
  • Facilitate communication between Board members and other stakeholders.
  • Support the Board Chair and other officers in their duties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Board governance.
  • Manage correspondence and documentation related to Board activities.
