Receptionist

Overview

The Receptionist is the friendly face and voice of our organization, responsible for warmly welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth flow of communication. This role also involves managing employee attendance, helping to create a welcoming and organized environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes.
  3. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  5. Assist with employee attendance tracking and reporting.
  6. Provide general information about Little x Little’s programs and services.
  7. Schedule and coordinate meetings for staff as needed.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  9. Support administrative tasks and office operations as required.
  10. Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Little x Little’s mission and values.
