Overview

The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting team communication, and coordinating logistics for various programs. Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  3. Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
  4. Assist in financial tracking and budget management.
  5. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  6. Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
  7. Oversee inventory management and office supplies procurement.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  9. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
  10. Assist in organizing volunteer activities and community outreach programs.
