Overview

The Protocol Office plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the organization and its stakeholders. This position involves managing official events, facilitating visits, and upholding the organization's image through professional interactions, all while supporting our mission to drive social impact in Uganda.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including government officials, donors, and community partners.
  • Organize and coordinate official events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Prepare and distribute official documents and reports related to organizational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding nonprofit operations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and maintain a positive organizational image.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of protocol policies and procedures.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals and funding applications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of protocols and processes.
  • Provide logistical support for international visitors and delegations.
  • Conduct research on best practices in nonprofit governance and protocol management.
