Programs Assistant

Overview

The Programs Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our community initiatives in Uganda. This position involves coordinating project activities, assisting with data collection and reporting, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, passionate about social impact, and eager to contribute to meaningful change in the community.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the planning and implementation of program activities.
  2. Support the monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program data.
  4. Coordinate logistics for training sessions and community events.
  5. Communicate with community stakeholders and beneficiaries.
  6. Help prepare reports and presentations on program progress.
  7. Contribute to the development of program materials and resources.
  8. Assist in fundraising and outreach efforts to support programs.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
