Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of program materials and resources.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for program staff and participants.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support grant writing and fundraising efforts for program sustainability.
