Overview

The Program Coordinator at Little x Little is responsible for overseeing and coordinating program activities to ensure they align with the organization's mission and objectives. This role involves managing schedules and budgets, facilitating communication among team members and partners, monitoring performance, and organizing training sessions, all while supporting fundraising efforts to sustain impactful programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Monitor program performance and prepare reports on progress and outcomes.
