Overview

The Product Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing our nonprofit platform by analyzing data and user feedback to improve our services and outreach. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure impact, and ensure that our offerings effectively meet the needs of the communities we serve in Uganda and beyond. Through insightful analysis, the Product Analyst helps drive strategic decisions that amplify our social impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  2. Analyze user data to understand customer needs and behaviors.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  4. Monitor product performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Assist in the creation of user-friendly documentation and training materials.
  7. Support fundraising efforts by demonstrating product impact to stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate user testing and gather feedback for continuous product enhancement.
  9. Participate in strategic planning sessions to inform product development direction.
