Overview

The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position involves managing administrative tasks, supporting team communication, and coordinating events and activities that enhance our mission to drive social impact in Uganda. The Office Coordinator serves as a central point of contact, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, volunteers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  2. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and workshops.
  3. Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed.
  4. Assist with financial tracking and budgeting processes.
  5. Support communication efforts with donors, volunteers, and community members.
  6. Organize and maintain filing systems for important documents.
  7. Provide administrative support to team members as required.
  8. Facilitate onboarding and training for new staff and volunteers.
  9. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  10. Uphold a welcoming and positive office environment.
