Overview

The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing robust systems to track the effectiveness of our programs in Uganda. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to measure impact, ensuring accountability, and providing insights that help shape our strategies for social change. Through effective evaluation, the manager will support our mission to drive meaningful improvements in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&
    • E) frameworks for projects.
    • Design data collection tools and methodologies to assess program effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular field visits to gather data and ensure compliance with M&
    • E standards.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for program improvement.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and donors.
    • Train staff and volunteers on M&
    • E practices and tools.
    • Collaborate with program teams to integrate M&
    • E findings into project planning.
    • Maintain a database of project performance indicators and results.
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular audits and validation checks.
    • Stay updated on M&
    • E best practices and recommend innovations for program enhancement.
