Overview

The Field Officer plays a crucial role in implementing community programs and engaging with local stakeholders to drive social impact in Uganda. This position involves conducting outreach, gathering data, and providing support to beneficiaries, ensuring that our initiatives are effectively meeting the needs of the communities we serve. Through hands-on collaboration and communication, the Field Officer helps to create lasting change and foster relationships that empower individuals and families.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct field assessments to identify community needs and opportunities.
  2. Engage with local stakeholders, including beneficiaries, community leaders, and partner organizations.
  3. Implement and monitor project activities in accordance with organizational goals.
  4. Collect and document data on project impact and community feedback.
  5. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for community members and volunteers.
  6. Prepare regular reports on field activities and progress to management.
  7. Assist in the development of project proposals and funding applications.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during field operations.
  9. Promote awareness of Little x Little’s mission and initiatives within the community.
