Overview

The Field Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting with local communities to assess their needs and opportunities. This position involves engaging with stakeholders, implementing and monitoring projects, facilitating training sessions, and collecting data to ensure the organization’s initiatives make a meaningful impact. Additionally, the Field Coordinator prepares reports and assists in project proposal development, all while promoting Little x Little\\'s mission within the community.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct field assessments to identify community needs and opportunities.
  2. Engage with local stakeholders, including beneficiaries, community leaders, and partner organizations.
  3. Implement and monitor project activities in accordance with organizational goals.
  4. Collect and document data on project impact and community feedback.
  5. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for community members and volunteers.
  6. Prepare regular reports on field activities and progress to management.
  7. Assist in the development of project proposals and funding applications.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during field operations.
  9. Promote awareness of Little x Little’s mission and initiatives within the community.
