Digital Innovation Officer

Overview

The Digital Innovation Office is responsible for driving the organization’s digital strategy and enhancing our online presence to better support our mission. This role involves leveraging technology to create impactful digital solutions, engage our community, and optimize operational processes, ultimately strengthening our efforts in social impact across Uganda.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance program outreach and engagement.
  2. Manage and optimize the organization's website and social media platforms.
  3. Analyze data and user feedback to improve digital initiatives and user experience.
  4. Create compelling content that communicates the mission and impact of Little x Little.
  5. Collaborate with team members to integrate technology into program delivery.
  6. Research and identify new digital tools and trends to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  7. Train staff and volunteers on digital tools and best practices.
  8. Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and impact.
  9. Build partnerships with tech platforms and innovators to drive collaborative projects.
  10. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
