Overview

Support Staff play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. They assist with administrative tasks, coordinate events, and provide essential support to our team and community programs. Responsibilities

  1. Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Support program coordinators in organizing events and activities.
  3. Maintain accurate records of donations, volunteers, and community engagement.
  4. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  5. Help prepare materials for outreach and educational programs.
  6. Provide support during community visits and workshops.
  7. Assist in the collection and analysis of program feedback and data.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  9. Foster positive relationships with community members and partners.
  10. Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
