Overview

The HR Data Analyst at the organisation plays a crucial role in optimizing our human resources by analyzing employee data and metrics to inform strategic decisions. This position involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to enhance workforce planning, improve recruitment processes, and support overall organizational effectiveness. By leveraging data insights, the analyst helps ensure we attract and retain the best talent to drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
  3. Assist in recruitment data analysis to optimize hiring processes.
  4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems.
  5. Prepare reports on employee performance, turnover, and engagement.
  6. Collaborate with HR team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Support training and development initiatives through data insights.
  8. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to enhance workplace culture.
  9. Stay updated on HR analytics trends and best practices.
  10. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR strategies.
