Overview

The HR Administrator at the organisation plays a vital role in supporting our nonprofit's mission by managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This position ensures that our team is well-supported and engaged, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our commitment to social impact in Uganda. The HR Administrator also handles administrative tasks related to personnel management, helping to maintain efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
  3. Support onboarding and orientation for new staff members.
  4. Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  5. Manage employee benefits and respond to inquiries related to HR policies.
  6. Facilitate performance evaluation processes and maintain related documentation.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  8. Assist in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities.
  9. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  10. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and feedback.
