Customer Engagement Officer

Overview

The Customer Engagement Officer plays a vital role in fostering relationships with our community of donors, volunteers, and supporters. This position involves developing engaging communication strategies, managing outreach initiatives, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders, ultimately driving greater social impact in Uganda.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor and volunteer engagement.
  2. Create and maintain relationships with community supporters and stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate communication efforts across various channels, including social media, newsletters, and events.
  4. Analyze feedback from donors and volunteers to improve engagement initiatives.
  5. Organize and execute outreach programs and community events.
  6. Assist in crafting compelling narratives to highlight impact stories.
  7. Provide support for fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship.
  8. Maintain accurate records of interactions with supporters and stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with team members to align engagement activities with organizational goals.
  10. Monitor trends in donor engagement and recommend improvements.
