Contractor

Overview

The Contractor plays a vital role in supporting our nonprofit initiatives by providing specialized skills and expertise on a project basis. This position involves collaborating with our team to implement programs, manage specific tasks, and contribute to our mission of driving social impact in Uganda and beyond. Through their work, the Contractor helps ensure that our projects are effective, efficient, and aligned with our community's needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage contracts with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  2. Conduct regular assessments of contractor performance and adherence to project timelines.
  3. Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and deliverables.
  4. Assist in budget preparation and cost management for contracted services.
  5. Ensure all contracts are legally sound and protect the interests of Little x Little.
  6. Maintain clear and open communication with contractors to facilitate project success.
  7. Provide training and guidance to contractors as needed to meet project goals.
  8. Document and report on contractor outcomes and project progress to stakeholders.
