Sales Director

Overview

The Sales Director will lead our fundraising efforts by developing and executing strategic plans to engage donors and sponsors. This role involves building strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders, ensuring that our mission to drive social impact in Uganda is effectively communicated and supported. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for our cause, skilled in fostering collaboration and generating revenue to sustain our programs.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive fundraising and revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and performance guidance.
  4. Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities and markets.
  5. Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and materials.
  7. Represent Little x Little at events, conferences, and community engagements.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for the Board and stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
