Overview

The Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the nonprofit's mission by coordinating programs and initiatives that drive social impact in Uganda. This position involves collaborating with team members, engaging with community stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and project execution to enhance the organization's outreach and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in program planning and implementation to achieve organizational goals.
  2. Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess program effectiveness.
  3. Engage with community stakeholders to foster relationships and gather feedback.
  4. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use.
  5. Coordinate volunteer activities and provide necessary training and support.
  6. Assist in fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and writing proposals.
  7. Maintain accurate records of activities, finances, and communications.
  8. Promote organizational initiatives through social media and community outreach.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
