Executive Assistant

Overview

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the organization. This position ensures that the leadership can focus on driving social impact in Uganda while the Assistant handles vital administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. By streamlining operations, the Executive Assistant helps maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  2. Prepare and organize meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
  3. Coordinate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
  5. Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
  6. Support project management tasks and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  7. Handle incoming inquiries and prioritize correspondence effectively.
  8. Facilitate office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
  9. Assist in planning and coordinating events and workshops.
  10. Contribute to team collaboration and support overall organizational goals.
