Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals of the Glorious Future Foundation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that advance the foundation's objectives.
  • Manage the organization's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to best practices in governance.
  • Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Represent the foundation at public events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and advocate for its mission.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
