Overview

The Chief Executive Member provides strategic leadership and vision, ensuring the organization's mission aligns with its goals. This role oversees program development, financial management, stakeholder relationships, and compliance, while also mentoring the executive team and representing the foundation in public forums to advocate for its mission.

Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals of the Glorious Future Foundation.
2. Oversee the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that advance the foundation's objectives.
3. Manage the organization's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
4. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to best practices in governance.
6. Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
7. Represent the foundation at public events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and advocate for its mission.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
