Any donor who makes an online contribution through our Cloud Funding Platform and is dissatisfied with their giving experience may receive a refund of their donation in the form of a Gift Certificate equivalent to the original donation value, up to $5,000 per donor per year.

The Guarantee can be activated at any time within a year after the original donation has been made by contacting our Agency. Anyone making an online donation can take advantage of the Guarantee. However, employees & their immediate families, Project Leaders, staff of project organizations, board members of those organizations & the family members of these persons are not eligible.

The projects on this cloud-funding platform go through a rigorous due diligence review, satisfy all nonprofit guidelines for international grant making and tax deductibility, and follow all the guidelines for anti-terrorism.
